What does Dreamline offer?
Professional-grade formulations – all Paraben Free. Many are Sulfate Free, SD Alcohol Free, Gluten Free, Phthalate Free, Sodium Chloride Free, or Vegan Friendly.
In addition, you will receive with your initial order:
• FREE branding and package design
• FREE logo design (if needed)
• FREE Artwork production to print-ready files
• FREE high-resolution 3D product images
Do you use labels or screen-printing?
All products are manufactured using custom-designed, premium, full-color laminated labels. Screen-printing is available for quantities over 5,000 units per SKU.
May I change your product names to my own?
Yes, you may change our product names to anything you like.
Also:
• You may sell and market your products anywhere you like.
• Dreamline does not appear anywhere on your final packages.
• The relationship between Dreamline and our clients is strictly confidential.
Do you sell to companies outside of the United States?
Our products are sold to companies taking delivery (and/or selling) their products in the U.S. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
MINIMUMS
How many products and units are required to start a line?
An Opening Order must contain an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of 288 retail-sized units. The MOQ per product type (SKU) is 72 units.
If you would like to order more than the minimum, the IOQ (Incremental Order Quantity) is in increments of 24 units per SKU (e.g.: 72 + 24 = 96 total units)
What is a typical opening order?
• 4 products @ 72 pieces each = 288 pieces
• 3 products @ 96 pieces each = 288 pieces
• 2 products @ 144 pieces each = 288 pieces
• 1 product @ 288 pieces = 288 pieces

What about Reorders?
You may reorder one or more of your products at any time. Reorders require an MOQ of 144 total units per order and 72 units per SKU.
Do you sell Back Bar products?
Yes. We sell gallon sizes for Back Bar (128 oz)
MOQ: 1 unit per SKU and 2 units per order
Gallons are available for specific formulations only (see price list below), and must be ordered with your retail order.
How do I reorder?
Contact us to place reorders, add new products, or answer any questions you may have.
Can I add a single product to my line?
Yes. You may add one (or more) new products to your line, as long as the MOQ of 144 units is met.
• 1 product @ 144 = 144 total units
• 2 products @ 72 pieces each = 144 total units

What does an average opening order of 288 units cost?
This depends on the products you order, but the average cost is generally between $2000 and $3000.
How do you accept payments?
We accept all major credit cards, and e-checks (ACH) through our online payment system.
What are your payment requirements?
Opening orders
• 50% deposit to begin the creative process
• Balance due prior to manufacturing
Reorders
• Payment in full prior to manufacturing
Product additions and product updates
• Payment in full to create the artwork
Shipping
• Calculated with invoice
Are there additional costs to start my line?
Shipping: Shipping charges are billed with your order. We do not mark up shipping costs. Orders are shipped on a pallet via a trucking company.
Packaging: Disc cap closures with a chrome finish are available for purchase on some products (see pricing below). The added cost for chrome disc caps is 25¢ per unit.
Brokered Barcodes: Brokered barcodes are available for $15 per SKU. This is a one-time charge (not a per unit cost). If you order 6 different SKus, the price for barcodes will be $15 x 6 SKUs = $90. These barcodes are suitable for your POS (Point of Sale) systems, and small to mid-sized retailers.
GS1 Barcodes: Amazon, Walmart, and other big box retailers (Target, Costco, etc.) require GS1 barcodes which contain an embedded company code. These are available exclusively through GS1us.org for you to acquire.
Shrink Seal and Shrink Wrap: We offer shrink seals for 25¢ per unit, and shrink wraps for 30¢ per unit. There is a 500 unit minimum per SKU.
NOTE: FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) requires all liquids use secondary protection.
Art Changes: Clients electing to make changes to their existing packaging or artwork after their initial order has been completed, will be charged a flat fee of $50 per SKU.
Product Line Rebrand/Redesign: Opening orders receive FREE brand design and artwork production. Clients wanting to rebrand or update their label design at a later date will be charged a flat fee of $250 for the overall design, and $50 per SKU.

Are your products Cruelty-Free?
Yes, all our products are Cruelty-Free.
Are your products organic?
No. Unfortunately, organic products don’t offer the performance of professional, salon-grade products. However, all our products are Cruelty-Free and Paraben-Free. Many are also Sulfate-Free, Sodium Chloride-Free, Gluten-Free, Phthalate-Free, SD Alcohol-Free, and Vegan-Friendly.

AMAZON SELLERS
Do you support companies that want to sell through Amazon?
We serve many companies that sell products on Amazon. See our requirements below for Amazon FBA orders:
• FBA shipping labels are required by Amazon. There is a 500+ unit minimum per product type (SKU) for label application.
• FBA labels must be submitted to us before your order can be submitted into production.
• Each 500+ order may ship to only one location and cannot be divided.
• FBA requires that all liquid products have secondary protection. We offer shrink wrap for 25¢-30¢ per unit (500 MOQ per SKU).

Can I create a custom product?
Yes.
Semi-Custom: This allows you to change the color and/or fragrance of our formulations. MOQ: 5,000 units per SKU
Full-Custom: We can work from one of our base formulations, or from a product you'd like us to emulate. MOQ: 8,000 units per SKU

MISCELLANEOUS
What is the shelf life of your products?
18 months after opening.
What is the advantage of selling my own products vs. selling other brands?
You decide how much profit you want to make on each product you sell, as your products are unique to you – and can only be purchased through you. Why sell everybody else's brands to your customers, that they can later purchase on Amazon? Increase customer loyalty and repeat business with your own professional brand.
